Pros: Beds are super comfy and living area was conducive to relaxing to chat. Convenient location.Glitches with listing and auto-responses need to be addressed. Darren clarified "pet friendly" issue, but we also had trouble with entry code (instructions didn't include # sign, so alarm went off; e-mail stated "check-in @ 11am"; we arrived a bit early and tried to drop some items, but cleaning crew was there and told us that was mis-information. Not a big deal, but a glitch nevertheless.Cleanliness was mediocre, in light of the fact that crew supposedly cleaned just hours before our stay. Dead bugs and cob webs in corners, sticky floors, human hairs and a soiled pillow sham on one of the beds. A very large hairball/dust bunny under a bed.The washer leaked.The bathrooms need some TLC as far as maintenance/cleaning/upgrades. Pink mildew on grout, a hanging vent cover, broken soap dispenser; adding some hooks for hanging clothing and/or towels would be helpful.There are no carpets or rugs anywhere, so we felt we to needed to wear our shoes while there.Just feels like a tailgaters crash pad more than a family gathering place; we had hoped to use the space with our of town family for Christmas and ended up only using it to sleep.Seems like a bit of attention could make this a desirable and recommendable rental in the future. Great house for a family with teens. We needed a single level place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and this was clean and convenient. Ping pong table was very fun and the dog enjoyed the yard.
